  • How To Use

    Place 3-4 tablespoons of salts in a warm bath or 2-3 tablespoons in a large foot bath. Immerse the feet or body and relax.

  • Ingredients

    Peppermint

    Peppermint has a relieving and strong cooling action on the skin. When applied it relaxes the senses, but is also uplifting and energising at the same time. It is considered to have a sweet and pungent after-taste in Ayurveda.

    Kunzea

    Native to Australia, this recently discovered essential oil is a strong reliever of muscle tension, eases breathing and has strong antibacterial and anti fungal activity

    Black Pepper

    Black Pepper has warming, anti-inflammatory, anti bacterial and antispasmodic properties. It helps to promote blood flow allowing for better oxygen transfer and assists in lymphatic movement and detoxification.
